imageBheil sibh eolach air an abairt “cho gruamach ri madainn Diluain?” Uill, chan eil mi idir a’ smaoineachadh gu bheil e riatanach airson an sgoil againne oir ‘s e beatha gu math beothail a tha againne am broinn an togalaich seo. Tha a h-uile duine cho trang ‘s cho sunndach bho mhoch gu dubh aig BSGI ‘s sinn a’ toiseachadh le curam chloinne tràth sa mhadainn gus an criochnaich sinn le diofar chlubaichean is tachartasan eile a bhios a’ dol air adhart gu math anmoch dhen fheasgair. Thathar a’ coimhead air adart ris a’ chiad choinneimh aig Comhairle nam Parant ann an ceann seachdain agus an cothrom fhsighinn a bhith a’ cur an cèill ceanglaichean laidir le foram nam pàrant. Bithear cuideachd a’ cur a-mach naidheachdan na sgoile thugaibh a dh’ aithghearr airson innse dhuibh na tha air a bhith a’ tachairt bho thoiseach an teirm. Tha mi smaoineachadh gur e an abairt “cho sona ri luch ann an lofa” a tha nas freagarraiche dhuinne an seo!

The saying “cho gruamach ri madainn Diluain” (as depressing as Monday morning) is not very apt for us in the hive of activity within the BSGI school campus. Everyone appears to be so lively and busy from morning till late, beginning early with our before school childcare to the buzz of all our after school clubs, events and activities finishing late into the evening. We look forward to our first Parent Council meeting in a week’s time, giving us the opportunity to form strong links with our parent forum. A newsletter will also be issued shortly to give an update of all that has been happening at BSGI since the beginning of term. Indeed the saying “cho sona ri luch ann an lofa” (as content as a mouse in a loaf of bread) is a much more apt description of life at BSGI!
